“In my work with millennials I noticed themes amongst women of not being able to show up authentically in various aspects of their lives including at work, in their marriages and in their families. I thus thought it necessary to create a safe space for millennial women to explore what it would be like to show up in their authenticity in all areas of their lives. “Being True 2 U” aka BT2U was developed to assist millennial women with breaking generational curses by authentically showing up in the world. When we as women learn to first be true to ourselves we then lead by example and create change that overflows into our families and the communities we are connected to.”
