My approaches involve Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Solution Focused Therapy Brief (SFBT). These individual sessions will assist you with gaining clarity on the next stage in your career, increase daily productivity and improve overall mental well-being. This form of psychotherapy takes place in a group setting where clients meet to discuss common problems under the guidance and supervision of a licensed mental health counselor in a safe place. These group sessions take place over a six week period and are designed to develop communication skills and self awareness through peer connection. These didactic workshops are designed to provide education to organizations on what symptoms to expect with various-mental health diagnosis, crisis management, ways to manage mental illness and implementation of self-care practices.
